1.1. This policy governs the terms and conditions of refunds for tickets, subscriptions or services purchased from Pulse Therme, part of the Grand Hotels Resorts by Pulse chain.
1.2. All payments are considered final unless otherwise provided in this policy or applicable law.
2. Tickets and subscriptions
2.1. Purchased tickets and subscriptions are not refundable or cancellable after payment has been made, except as described below.
2.2. If you are unable to use a ticket due to health reasons or force majeure (e.g. natural disasters), you may submit a written request to info@thermefunpark.bg, attaching the relevant documents (medical or official certificates).
2.3. If the request is granted, the following can be done:
- a refund; or
- providing a voucher of the same value, valid for a future visit within 6 months.
3. Events and reservations
3.1. For pre-booked services (birthdays, team building, special events) the following rules apply:
- Cancellation up to 14 days before the date – 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the date – 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the date – the amount paid is non-refundable.
3.2. In the event of cancellation of an event by Pulse Therme (e.g. due to a technical problem or adverse weather conditions), the client will receive a full refund or the right to re-book for a new date.
4. Recovery method
4.1. All refunds will be made in the same manner as the original payment (bank card, bank transfer, cash on delivery).
4.2. The refund period is up to 14 working days from approval of the request.
5. Limitations
5.1. No refunds will be made in the event of:
- denial of access due to violation of safety rules and the General Terms and Conditions;
- lost, damaged or used tickets;
- missed visit due to client’s fault.
