1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the terms and conditions of use of Pulse Therme, part of the Grand Hotels Resorts by Pulse chain.
1.2. By entering the centre, each visitor accepts these terms and conditions and undertakes to comply with them.

2. Access Rules
2.1. Admission is only possible with a valid ticket, season ticket or free admission for guests of Grand Hotels Resorts by Pulse.
2.2. Children under the age of 14 are only admitted if accompanied by an adult.
2.3. Some facilities require a parent/guardian declaration for children under 18.
2.4. Staff have the right to refuse entry or remove visitors who are disorderly or a security risk.
3. Health and Safety
3.1. Each visitor is obliged to use the facilities taking into account his/her health and physical abilities.

4. Responsibility
4.1. Each visitor is personally responsible for his/her participation and stay in the centre.

- injuries resulting from failure to follow rules and instructions;
- risk of contracting infectious diseases (COVID-19, influenza, etc.);
- damage, loss or theft of personal belongings.
4.3. The visitor accepts responsibility for their actions and those of accompanying children.
5. Parents and guardians
5.1. Parents and legal guardians are required to complete and sign a statement of informed consent before their children use the facilities.
5.2. By signing the declaration, the parent/guardian acknowledges that they are aware of the risks and consent to their child participating at their own risk.
5.3. Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the behaviour and safety of the children they accompany.
5.4. The administrator is not responsible for accidents occurring due to children or their chaperones not following instructions.
6. Reservations and payments
6.1. Tickets and subscriptions can be purchased at the box office or online via pulsetherme.bg.
6.2. Paid tickets and subscriptions are non-refundable, except as provided by law.
6.3. The Center reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to facilities due to repairs, inclement weather, or other objective reasons.
7. Processing of personal data
7.1. Visitors declare that they are informed about the Privacy Policy published on pulsetherme.bg.
7.2. Personal data is processed lawfully and only for the purposes of service provision, safety and accounting requirements.
8. Changes
8.1. The Administrator may change these Terms and Conditions by updating the version of the website.
8.2. Changes shall take effect from the time of their publication.
